Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, but please allow a total of 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays when shipping centers are closed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 2-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping times paid for at checkout do not account for order processing; for example if you pay for expedited shipping (i.e. UPS 2nd Day Air), the delivery time only starts once the order is processed and given to the courier.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We use an automated shipping platform, which will list the best shipping rates to your location. This rate is calculated based on total weight, delivery time and location of delivery. For discounted US shipping based on order total, see below:

Orders $100+ ship for free to customers in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders $150+ ship free internationally, we will use the cheapest shipping method available which can take 4-6 weeks to arrive to international locations. Discounted and free shipping will use the cheapest rates available and have limited tracking information.

Orders being delivered to Florida addresses ship for a flat $2 fee, excluding the lube stations (large/small) or any other large item due to the weight of the item. If you're in Florida and do not see the $2 shipping option, it is because the weight of your order is too high and we will not reduce shipping. If you feel the rate should apply, please contact us.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once the order has been fulfilled, Prevail Key Co. is not responsible for delivery times, estimates or delays. We cannot be held liable for shipping delays and the customer will need to contact the courier for updates. We do not have any access to additional shipping information nor can we make the courier deliver it any faster. Prevail Key Co. will not process refunds of any kind due to delays or errors as a result of the courier.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Prevail Key Co. does not currently offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Prevail Key Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage, Loss or Theft

Prevail Key Co. is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping or after being delivered. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you purchased Easyship shipping insurance, you can file a claim with them. Insureship* will cover loss, stolen or damaged items.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please take pictures of any damaged products to assist with filing a claim, they will ask for evidence of damaged items.

International Shipping Policy

Prevail Key Co. does ship internationally, shipping rates are automatically provided when checking out. As stated above, we are not responsible or liable for any VAT, tariffs, taxes, duties, etc., the purchaser will be responsible for any additional fees for importing the item.

Once the item has shipped, Prevail Key Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Once the package or parcel has left the United States, Prevail Key Co. is also not liable for anything that may happen with the shipment. This may include, but may not be limited to: shipping delays, customs issues, tracking information and more. It is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the package internationally and provide the tracking information, updates, etc. 

If there's issues with an international shipment, it is up to the customer to contact the courier to resolve any issues. Prevail Key Co. is not liable or responsible for contacting the courier to resolve issues with the order shipment.
